First, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). It will help to cook these giant chilis evenly.

In the meantime, you can wear gloves if you want extra caution. Then slice the Jalapeños in half and scoop out the seeds. If you want spicy, you can keep some seeds.

Right away, take a bowl. Toss in Greek yogurt, beans, corn, cheese, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix them until they are creamy.

Then, pour the hot liquid over the peppers, making sure they’re fully submerged.
