Ingredients

  • 6 Fresh Jalapeños Halved and Seeded
  • 1/2 Cup Light Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin
  • Salt and Black Pepper As per taste
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
  • Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, cheddar, garlic, and spices.
  • Fill jalapeños with the mixture.
  • Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top (optional).
  • Bake 18–20 minutes until peppers are tender and tops are golden.
  • Serve warm with salsa or avocado dip.
