Slice jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
Mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, cheddar, garlic, and spices.
Fill jalapeños with the mixture.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top (optional).
Bake 18–20 minutes until peppers are tender and tops are golden.
Serve warm with salsa or avocado dip.
