Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 Chopped Onion Large
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Water or Beef Broth
  • 1 Can Pinto Beans

Instructions

  • Brown beef in a pot and drain fat.
  • Add onion and garlic, cook 3-4 mins.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin and paprika.
  • Add tomatoes, sauce, and water. Boil, then simmer for 40 mins.
  • Add beans if desired, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
