Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice and Onion
  • 1 Egg and Zucchini
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Carrots and Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro
  • 6 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Cups Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tsp Cumin and Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper As per taste

Instructions

  • Mix turkey, rice, egg, garlic, onion, cilantro, and spices.
  • Roll into small meatballs and set aside.
  • Simmer chicken broth with tomato paste and vegetables.
  • Drop meatballs into the pot and cook 20-25 mins.
  • Serve it hot with cilantro, bread or tortillas.
