Ingredients

  • 1 Gallon Apple Cider
  • 3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Orange Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Whole Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Whole Allspice Berries
  • 2-3 Whole Star Anise
  • 2-3 Slices Ginger Optional
  • Maple Syrup or Honey Optional

Instructions

  • Collect all the spices. Put them in the center of the cheesecloth and tie them up.
  • Now, put the apple cider in the pot. Also, add the spice bags and cinnamon, orange slices, etc.
  • Heat on low for at least 20 mins until the fragrance comes.
  • Now, turn off the stove. Add honey, maple syrup, etc., and enjoy your hot apple cider drink.
