Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Cups Diced Apples
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • First, preheat the oven to 250°F and grease the loaf pan.
  • Take a bowl. Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt there.
  • Take another bowl. Mix eggs, sugar, butter, and yogurt, thereby whisking.
  • Fold in the diced apples and mix them with the dry ingredients.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and then bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
