  • 2 Cups Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix
  • 1 ½ Cups Milk
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Oil or Melted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract Optional
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon Optional
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips, Berries, or Nuts Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron to medium-high.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.
  • Add pancake mix. Stir lightly; lumps are okay.
  • Pour batter onto waffle iron. Spread evenly.
  • Close lid and cook 4–5 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve immediately with syrup, fruit, or toppings.
  • Optional: add chocolate chips, berries, or cinnamon to batter before cooking.
