Preheat waffle iron to medium-high.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and oil until smooth.
Add pancake mix. Stir lightly; lumps are okay.
Pour batter onto waffle iron. Spread evenly.
Close lid and cook 4–5 minutes, until golden brown.
Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve immediately with syrup, fruit, or toppings.
Optional: add chocolate chips, berries, or cinnamon to batter before cooking.
