Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Shredded Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cans White Beans
  • 1 Medium Onion Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 4 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Can Green Chilis
  • 1 Packet Chili Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Sweet Corn
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper As per taste

Instructions

  • First, heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté onion and garlic there.
  • Put chicken, beans, corn, chilis and seasoning into the pan. Stir everything.
  • Then, add broth to the mixture and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Lastly, put the cream cheese into the pan, and stir everything again.
  • Now, you can add toppings that you like and serve it piping hot.
