All-purpose Flour

Eggs
Beaten

Panko Breadcrumbs

Shredded Coconut
Salt & Pepper
As per taste
Oil

Instructions
Clean and dry the shrimp well.
Prepare three bowls: flour, eggs, coconut + breadcrumbs.
Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, then roll in coconut mix.
Fry in hot oil at 350°F until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
