Ingredients

  • 1 Lb large Shrimp Peeled & deveined
  • 1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Cup  Shredded Coconut
  • Salt & Pepper As per taste
  • Oil Enough for frying

Instructions

  • Clean and dry the shrimp well.
  • Prepare three bowls: flour, eggs, coconut + breadcrumbs.
  • Coat shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs, then roll in coconut mix.
  • Fry in hot oil at 350°F until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce.
