- 1 Cup Fresh fruit chopped if needed
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
Blend fruit, sugar, and water until smooth
Pour into a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Once thickened and aromatic, remove from heat and strain to remove fruit pulp
Cool and transfer to a clean, airtight jar; refrigerate for up to 2–3 weeks
