Ingredients

  • 500 G Shrimp (Peeled and Clean)
  • 4 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  • First, check the ingredient list
  • Secondly, collect all the required ingredients and measure them correctly
  • Now, wash the shrimp and pat dry them using paper towel
  • Then, prepare the marinade by combining sesame oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl
  • Add shrimp into the marinade and coat accurately
  • Allow marination for 15 – 30 minutes
  • After that, thread shrimp onto skewers and maintain slight gaps to ensure uniform cooking
  • Preheat the grill machine to medium to high heat (180–200°C)
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 5 – 7 minutes
  • Turn the side after 2 to 3 minute cooking
  • Finally, place the grilled shrimp in a plate, garnish using chopped parsley, and enjoy delicious grilled shrimp at home
