Ingredients

  • 250 G Cooked leftover steak
  • 250 G Pasta (dry)
  • 4 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 Chopped onion Small
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Cup Heavy cream
  • ½ Cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • ½ Teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly chopped parsley

Instructions

  • First, read the ingredient list and collect all the required ingredients and measure them correctly
  • Secondly, boil the pasta until properly cook and drain the water. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water and place the pasta in a bowl
  • Now, slice the leftover steaks into thin strips and heat them both side
  • After that, sauté the minced garlic and onion (if used), add heavy cream and simmer gently
  • After 2 to 3 minutes add parmesan cheese and stir nicely
  • Then, add boiled pasta and mix gently
  • Now, add leftover steak strips and heat for a minute
  • Its time to season the pasta. So, add salt, black pepper, chili flakes (if used) and combine them perfectly
  • Taste the pasta and adjust ingredients if require
  • Finally, pour the pasta in a serving bowl, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy the pasta
