Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Ripe Pears (Peeled, Cored, Diced)
  • 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients then fold in diced pears gently
  • Spoon batter into cups (¾ full) and bake 22-25 minutes until golden and set
