Ingredients

  • 2 Cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Grease out the muffin pan and preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Take a bowl and mix flour, baking powder, and spices there.
  • In another bowl, put pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla, and mix all of them.
  • Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until they fully combine.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin cups and let them bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
