Ingredients

  • 14 Ounce Sausages
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Cups Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Chicken Broth
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Packet Broccoli
  • 2 Carrots

Instructions

  • Heat the skillet and add olive oil along with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Then, sauté the sausages on all sides until they're brown.
  • Keep the sausages aside. Add bell pepper, onion, and crushed garlic with oregano.
  • Then, add broccoli and carrots. Stir it and let it cook until the veggies soften.
  • Now, add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Place the sausages again. Put the cooked rice on top of the sausages.
  • Finally, cook it with cheese, and you are done.
