Heat the skillet and add olive oil along with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Then, sauté the sausages on all sides until they're brown.
Keep the sausages aside. Add bell pepper, onion, and crushed garlic with oregano.
Then, add broccoli and carrots. Stir it and let it cook until the veggies soften.
Now, add chicken broth and tomato sauce. Place the sausages again. Put the cooked rice on top of the sausages.
Finally, cook it with cheese, and you are done.
