Ingredients

  • 2 Oz Gin
  • 1 Oz Fresh lemon juice
  • ½ Oz Lavender syrup
  • 3-4 Oz Club soda – to top
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Tbsp Raw egg white

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice
  • Pour in 2 oz of gin and 1 oz of lemon juice
  • Add ½ oz of lavender syrup
  • Add raw egg white and club soda
  • Stir gently to combine
  • Garnish and serve immediately
