Heat your oven to 325. Line a 9x13 pan.
Crush crackers, mix with butter. Press down hard. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese till smooth. Add sugar. Crack eggs one at a time. Throw in vanilla, flour, orange zest, and some cranberries.
Pour over crust. Scatter the rest of the cranberries on top.
Bake about 40 minutes. Done when the middle doesn't wiggle much.
Let cool, then fridge overnight.
Cut with a hot knife. Serve cold.
