First, take a saucepan. Add water, ginger, and turmeric to it. Then let everything simmer on low heat
Add black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves into the pan. Let everything simmer again for 5 to 10 minutes
Now strain the liquid into a bowl
Once it cools slightly, add maple syrup or raw honey to it
Stir everything until they fully combine
Transfer the syrup into a clean glass jar and store it in the refrigerator
