Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. String out mini pretzels.
In a bowl, combine yogurt with honey or sugar.
Drip all pretzels into the yogurt coating. Shake off the extra.
Place coated pretzels on the tray and add toppings if desired.
Freeze for 1–2 hours till soft.
Store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
