Simple Pumpkin Pudding Recipe

This pumpkin pudding is creamy, smooth, and less sweet. It’s a healthy pumpkin dessert you can enjoy anytime you want. Here’s what you’ll need:

How to Make Simple Pumpkin Pudding?

Step 1

After that, swirl in the pumpkin puree until fully combined and smooth.

Cook over medium heat. Swirling constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

Step 4

Then, remove it from the heat. Add the vanilla extract for additional flavor.

Step 5

Pour the pudding into a serving bowl. Let the pudding cool in the refrigerator.

Easy Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cookies

Easy gluten-free pumpkin cookies are naturally gluten-free, easy to bake, and need the fewest ingredients to make. You can enjoy them as a snack, dessert, or breakfast treat.

Instructions

  5. Bake them for 12–15 minutes. Until the borders are lightly golden.
  6. Cool the cookies for a few minutes before serving. Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. 

Pumpkin Flavored Coffee

This coffee is creamy, flavorful, and less sweet. You can enjoy it at any time when you crave these flavors. This coffee is easy to make, quick, and uses ingredients you already have in your kitchen.

  2. Put hot brewed coffee into a mug.
  3. Then blend it into the pumpkin mixture until fully mixed.
  4. Serve with whipped cream and a splash of pumpkin pie, if you crave it.

Easy Pumpkin Dump Cake

This dessert is effortless but tastes like it took hours. For a guilt-free option, it makes a delicious low calorie pumpkin dessert. You can serve it with whipped cream, ice cream, or enjoy it straight from the pan.

Instructions

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread out the canned pumpkin half on the topside of the prepared dish.
  3. Put the condensed milk over the pumpkin. Spread pumpkin pie zest over it.
  4. Spread the dry cake mix half over the pumpkin layer.
  5. Put melted butter over the cake mix evenly.
  6. Bake for 45–50 minutes till the top is golden brown and the borders are bubbly. 
  7. Let the cake cool before serving. You can serve this cake with whipped cream and nuts.
